After years managing campaigns for national and global brands in fast-paced agency life, Steph now brings that experience to small and medium businesses - helping them cut through the noise by leaning into what makes them real, relatable, and easy to connect with.
As the founder of SP Marketing, her mission is to be the go-to for brands that are better in real life - because in an increasingly digital world, it’s the face-to-face, human moments that inspire her most.
Whether she’s crafting scroll-stopping reels, mapping out strategy, or sharing flat whites with clients, Steph brings the spark, keeps it real, and makes sure there’s a bloody good time along the way.

Kelly is SP Marketing’s go-to for content that cuts through and strategy that actually sticks.
Whether she’s crafting killer captions, building seamless websites, or managing ad campaigns that convert - she brings clarity, confidence, and a can-do attitude to every project.
With years of marketing experience across industries from hospitality and fitness to seafood and retail, she knows how to turn messy ideas into marketing that moves.
Outside of work, she’s a marathon-running, house-reno-ing, toddler-wrangling multitasker (with a very cute golden retriever puppy by her side)

Sarah has spent her career across both sides of the marketing world - agency and in-house, in New Zealand and globally. She’s run big-picture strategy, rolled up her sleeves for campaign rollouts, and helped bring brands to life in ways that stick.
With a natural knack for storytelling (and a lifelong love of a good chat), she brings ideas to life through content that connects.After pressing pause to raise her family, she’s back doing what she loves: helping businesses show up with purpose and personality through SP Marketing.

Eva is the creative eye behind many of SP Marketing’s brands, websites, content designs.
With a background spanning graphic design, illustration, photography, and content creation, she has a knack for turning ideas into visuals that feel polished, purposeful, and true to the businesses behind them.
Whether she’s designing a brand from the ground up, crafting marketing collateral, or capturing content on-site, Eva brings creativity, attention to detail, and fresh thinking to every project.
A published book illustrator and natural storyteller, she loves helping businesses stand out through thoughtful design that looks good and works hard.
When she’s not behind a screen, you’ll usually find her exploring Hawke’s Bay, camera in hand, hunting down creative inspiration wherever she can find it.
